Yep, Midland Airport Services - remotely connected to British Midland (handling).

Spent my second summer season in aviation working for them in GCI (MAS GCI long since defunct) doing general traffic duties. Now all part of the 'Go Ahead' group I believe and I think over the next few months they're being merged slowly with GHi (Gatwick Handling Group) and British Midland Handling Services to form a new company. I think the name will be 'Aviance' or something like that.

Thanks for your replies really useful. I'm applying for a job at EDI over the summer period. I desperately want to be a pilot and want something to do with aviation. They wont let me fly a plane so this is the next best thing.

Thanks again,
WT.
