Talking

Well, you're in the US. As far as I know the pilot employment market is not as open as it is on this side of the pond. Nevertheless, just met a female F/O flying the MD-80 (though for a company paying peanuts), aged 48, and who got started with the PPL 4 1/2 years ago.
As been written on this forum many times before, if you WANNA do it, go, bite hard and do it!

All the best

Thumbs up

Professional Instructor, Professional Charter pilot, Regional Airline Pilot - if you want it bad enough you'll do it.

I wouldn't aim as high as an International Airline, but hey, you never know.

Good Luck.
