bmi - flight intn'l 29/5/01 inside view please?

I am seriously considering a move to bmi at Leeds on the Embraer. I would greatly appreciate latest inside views of the aircraft/base/company/roster.
I have already done a search so am hoping for positive and negative if you can spare the time
