C 182 Question
I've wondered if anybody here can help me. How would a non-retractable C 182 perform with 820 pounds of payload in USA during August? Will it behave nicely and still have a decent endurance?
Thanks

Mr joaquin
I flew a c-182 p from Iceland to Ethiopia earlier this year. Taking off from Luxor, Egypt, I had it a bit overweight but within the cg range. Needless to say such takeoffs are not recommended but it beats having to land in Khartoum, Sudan. I took off about 5 in the morning because it is colder then. It handled fine and I had no problems with it. I dont think you have to worry about this one, it is a fine aircraft.
