Post Are Cathay pilots still english ?

I wondered, since China took over in Hong Kong what became of Cathay employees.

Is it still an english speaking airline ?
Are the pilots still "so british" ?
I've heard they are about to put massive orders on airliners to face an expected growth, hence recruit plenty of pilots.
Will these pilots be chinese ?

What is the exact status of this legendary company.

Thanks
