Question Do aircraft of the same type handle the same?

So for example would two 738's feel the same to fly or would they have their own unique characteristics? (Hopefully not too unique though!)

In my experience the new generation of aircraft that use flyby wire all fly the same but the older aircraft, for example the 737-200's all flew differently as time had taken its toll on them so they were basically all bent but to different degrees.
