Cool Training.

I completed my training at Cape Flying Services.I did my twin I/F etc.
IT has its ups and downs like most schools they arnt the best but they arn't the worst.
I did my course in 10 months.
Provided you aRE PREPARED TO WORK and so you shall, then you'll come right. The weather can be a lttle unpredictable however so long as you are committed once again you come right.Out of hours social life is good there is a good spirit amongst everone . for an extra 5000 quid after you have done your cpl you can do a turbine rating associated with the school. they have a package for 15000 pounds you do 200 hrs included in accomadation, trx to and from the school and all exams fees etc.and the twin I/F in thatnothing else to pay ie from ppl to cpl. unless of course you overun your hours and don't believe these schools that say 45 hours for a ppl thats a minimum leave a good 15% ont op for extra's ie not passing your exams the first time.

On the whole a pretty place to fly at at the heart of the garden route and nice people. turbine rating included which is 300 hours of turbine time logged is 20000 quid yes I am brit too. If you do the instructors rating then you'll get a job with the school but you need a work permit which is a bitch because you will have to return to the uk for several weeks after your training to apply for it.100 quid for that. The employment laws here are very strict but with time perserverance and commitment it WILL all fit into place.Let me say this that you have to be 101 % committed to this as a lot of blood sweat and tears go along with the realistic journey to gaining that magic commercial license but when you have done it then it is worth all the effort.
