Over here in europe the typerating says 737 300-900, so all you need is to make yourself familiar with the differences. Clicking a CBT might be enough, but its better to take at least one full simulator session additionally.

You need a difference course. Usually some hrs classroom, then one fixbase session followed by a FFS session. 2 day deal usually

The "difference course" for most pilots in my current company consisted of a CD with a difference CBT and a sheet of paper they had to sign, cost around 0.50€ all in all per pilot. In my previous company it was a CBT, a technical exam, 4 hours simulator and a 8 flight day supervision phase plus added 20 more sectors on the NG only until we were allowed to fly it mixed. Cost of several thousand euros per pilot.

Then there was an independent TRTO in town which offered the course for around 600€, however that was 5 years ago, might be 1000€ now, but best to contact a few TRTOs and ask them.
