The most spacious: those Airbus A 310-200, in which the cockpit has(had) same dimension as in A 300B2/4 (3 man cockpit with full FE station), but working station F/E completely removed, to offer first customers (AF,LH,) a provisional 2 man cockpit.. .You might perform a square dance in there with the Moulin Rouge dancing company.

"Hot" L1011, MD11, 767, A330/340
"Not" 737, 747,
The A319/320/321 is quite spacious for a narrowbody. I have not seen the 777 so can't comment. The 747 is not the best mainly because of the slope of the ceiling.
A380???

Lets not forget the mighty 757 with its acres of space.
747 or 737 get my vote for the worst. the 747 flightdeck is cramped due to its position high up in the fuselage. The 737...well lets just say that in pre September 11th days I popped up to say hello to the boys at the front and nearly walked out through the windscreen. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Scroggs, BA comittee meeting - maybe. BA feng shui meeting - definately not!
VC10 was big despite 4 occupants. You got into the pilot's seats by walking round the outside.

757, 767 may be reasonable but they lose out to the L-1011, DC-10, MD-11.
The 747 cockpit is actually rather narrow. If you look at it from the front you'll see the top half slants inward quite a bit from its fat belly. Upstairs cockpits will always be smaller.
Some airplanes become wider behind the cockpit, you can see this from the outside too.
So you're looking for a fat tube with a fairly blunt front end.
I'm on the MD-11. I've seen the inside of A-310, A-320, A-340, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, 777. Their cockpits are all smaller.

What about the cockpit of an AN124/225 they have up to 7 flight crew in the cockpit. Surley this has got to be the clear winner. Comittee, feng-shui meetings you can have them both in there, along with a few crates of Russia's finest vodka.
