Question Flying in Netherlands

I did ask before and someone did answer me but I cant remember the answer and can't find the post so here it is again.

I am looking for a place to self fly helicopters in the Netherlands?

If someone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Heliholland only hire to the students they have trained themselves. What the hell is the point of a JAR licence I ask
