Transit System at Stansted???

Hi,
How do you get from the main terminal building to the seperate satellite buildings which serve as departure lounges at Stansted? The BAA website map shows a point saying "Transit Departures". Is it some sort of a train?

why???? are we some kind of train spotter or something..do you want the engine numbers.

On a serious note, its a Track Transit System, there are 3 or 4 driverless trains.
