Question A300 B4 - Brakes on , on landing

A300 B4:
Does anyone know ? with a/skid selected 'on - norm' with an 's' a/skid system and toe brakes fully depressed . During a landing, would there be any braking action with just the MLG on the ground (weight on),before the NLG touched down ?.
The debate is ,that if the mainwheel speed reached 85 kts before the NLG was weight on the brakes would operate.

Wink

Yes, you have normal braking and auto braking before the nose is on the ground. I know.
