When is it likely that BMI will start operating their A330's out of LHR on longhaul US routes?

The local TV News reported a few weeks back they were supposed to start flying here to Minneapolis this spring. Dont they fly to ORD already?

Guys. .. .Surely that is where the Bermuda 2 treaty comes into play. Until that is renegotiated only 2 UK (BA and VS) and 2 American (AA and UA) can operate from/to LHR.. .. .TopBunk

Yes and it won't be renegotiated until greedy old BA give up half their slots at LHR for the sole use of the poor state-subsidised US carriers.
