Post Instructor employment in the UK

I'm an australian instructor looking to move to the UK and convert my licence and ratings to UK equivalent to start working early next year because it looks like I might have gotten my english girlfriend pregnant (lucky me). What I need to know is how easy instructing or charter jobs are to come by (with 500 hous total time, and 150 instructing hours) in the UK and how many hours (on average) a normal instructor could expect to get. Any information anyone can give me from the UK would be greatly appreciated.
