Portable HF Set?
Hello there, it's been a long while since I came here and it's great to see how well things are running over here. Good ol' 2 years ago worrying about my RT practicals.
Was wondering if anyone had a good idea of a good make or still in production or serviceable Portable HF Sets to be temporarily mounted on a Skyvan SC-7 S3 V100 for operations outside of the country.
The sortie is set on the 23rd of April and am running out of resources to find a unit to be fitted. Anyone have any idea or recommendations or perhaps a private set that they would like to trade hands with?
Also, just a curious question, preference over GNS 430 W and GNS 530 W which and why? (Been having debates about this with my Cos and Crews and to be honest I'm still lost even after blabbering so much)
