BaE 146 Safety

Is it true some BaE 146s ingest toxic fumes from the engines into the cabin? If so do they all do it or only some? Has it been fixed?

This topic was argued to death on the tech forum a couple of months ago. If you search there you will find all you could possibly need to know, from both the informed and not so informed!
