Post Swiss Air - whats the latest?

Hey guys,

Whats the latest news on SwissAir. How have the structured the pilot seniority? Do SwissAir pilots retain the old seniority or do they come after the CrossAir pilots (highly unlikely).

Anyone have any info/ideas on why Moritz Suter was not kept on the board of the new airline?

Fairly quiet for the time. CCP has agreed to allow Aeropers to become a partner in the new labour contract discussions. Still waiting for results.

As far as the new name and logo, Thursday the 31st @ 11:00 am, these will be revealed. Real curious about the name Letīs just hope that the new logo does not look like the current LX or SR ties !

Read in the FT a couple of weeks ago that Tyler Brule, the Canadian born creator of Wallpaper* magazine had been appointed to 'do' the branding of the new carrier through his design agency, Wink Media.

If he's going to be true to form, it will be retro, chic style with a very 'Swiss' flavour.

You can see what Wallpaper and Wink come up with at Wallpaper and Wink Media.

Personally, I love the magazine and I think Swissair 2 will look very cool...

Thumbs up

Well, Shon7, its like this,

A few years ago, a chap with a name surprisingly similar to mine, harpooned a crazy little scheme called Alcazar, whereby the tulip pickers saught to re-invent the wheel. Poor deluded leiblings!

The current Clogfest is called payback...... . . .And by way of contrast, here's a little visual essay of then versus now.

ENJOY!

The sublime...... .

.....and the ridiculous...... .

Along the same note, how much debt did Swissair have? And what was is the Swiss population base? . .I am wondering how close Air Canada is to a similar fate?

hey Moritz,

I was quite surprised and excited to read your reply. However I honestly have to admit that I didn't understand it completely.

what was the "alcazar" scheme and what do you mean by leiblings?

And on a final note, are you looking to get back in the game and do it all over once again?
