B737 recurrent training
A question for any TRE/TRI's. I have a JAA ATPL B737 rated and 4000 hours on type but haven't flown for two years. What do I need to get current again? How much Simulator required or is it just one session LPC if I am not too rusty?
Also I notice Airlines asking for English Proficiency. Is this a test that I have to take with a certificate? or am I exempt because English is my mother tongue?
Thank you in advance.

I would have thought just the LPC would suffice although thats the minimum required to make you current again. In order for you to do the LPC you need a current ATPL and a current medical, as I'm sure youre aware.
Correct me if I'm wrong guys but a few years back the UK CAA sent a page out to be slotted into the licence basically stating that the holder is English Proficient- you should have received one at the time.
Best wishes & good luck
