Outsourcing in aviation
I am doing an assignment at university about outsourcing. I am required to define outsourcing, provide a discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, and to give specific examples of the prevalence of outsourcing.
I would be interested in any feedback, examples, stories etc. from people who are employed by companies that utilise outsourcing (or people who are in the know) and would invite people to comment on the nature of the arrangement and how it has impacted on the company.
