Question Do pilots make good passengers?

Do you enjoy being a passenger?

Or whilst taking off and landing are you "mentally" flying the plane?

Cool

I hope you don;t think I'm crazy cause I do just that!

On positioning flights with the airline in the passengers window seat, I get a kick out of mentally flying the take off and climb out and also to take a moment to realise just how much I LOVE doing this job and how lucky I am! Especially when before I used to be just a normal passenger looking out the window just wishing I was up there in the pilot's seat. Then it's relax and enjoy the view or eat

fish

As a pax, I love to look out the side and watch the ground 'fall' away during take off.

Can't do this when you are flying because the picture out the front generally takes slightly greater precedence.
