Question aircraft purchased

hey everybody
i was watching a doco on tv last night.
it was about the concorde.
they showed how it did a tour around the world claiming that this was what the most purchased aircraft in the year 2000 would look like!
but i did get me wondering what was the most purchased aircraft last year???

Judging by the frequency of press releases from Bombardier I'm guessing it's the CRJ.

Would you like to be more specific, Ding. Should we be talking options, orders, or deliveries?

2000 was also a great year for B777 deliveries.
