How / Where to hire a jet?

I'm halfway through my PPL now but my lifelong ambition (isn't everybody's!) is to have a go of a real jet airliner. I've flown a few proper full-motion sims but to my mind the real thing is the ultimate goal.

If you had the readies (which I might never!)is there a club or school or group that owns a big jet that you might just be able to hand fly? I did read somewhere that there's a flying school in Turkey that owns an A300 that they do training on for students finishing their ATPLs.

Any ideas?
