Wink Curious - BIG hold

Would any of the pros care to explain an average day in the Biggin Hill hold.

I.e. entry speeds, altitudes, speeds in the hold etc.

Entry speed shouldn't be greater than 250kts.

Levels normally between FL70 and FL150.

Max speed in the hold not meant to be greater than 220kts up to FL140.

What more is there to say?

WF.
