The military have some quite demanding standards for such transfers.
Firstly, you must pass the "Peanut, banana, electric shock" push-button test, whereby more than three consecutive exclamations of "Ouch" will automatically disqualify you. (So will having fingers so large that pushing the button proves an unrealistic possibility.)
Secondly, you must verify that your parents aren't enjoying their retirement in a faraway tree-house at Twycross Zoo.
Thirdly, none of your family are allowed to have appeared in any adverts for tea.
I hope this helps.

If you're already F/E and have an ATPL and/or CPL... Things are easier than if you had only 300-400hrs like most wannabees.
If you're not F/E, think twice before taking that road. Airlines might hire you as a F/E in the beginning (and will then train you afterwards for the RH seat) but don't invest any money in a type-rating as a F/E.
It's just too risky !
