Post Confidential incident reporting

I'm trying to obtain information on a confidential incident reporting system. I believe it's named by the acronym 'ICARUS'.. .. .Does anyone know if there is information about this on the internet, or any other source?. .. .Thanks.

Hi Kiwee,. .In the ~UK we have CHIRP http://www.chirp.co.uk . .a confidential reporting system for pilots, atcos, engineers and cabin crew.. .You can report any incident in complete confidence, I've used it myself and it resulted in a change of procedures.

In the USA it's the Aviation Safety Reporting System sponsored by NASA. ASRS
