ATP Scheme Phases 3 & 4 - HELP!
I have been invited to CTC's ATP scheme selection day/s. Has anyone attended recently and got some good, up to date, info on what to expect and examples of the questions in the written tests and interviews?? I'm not that hot at maths and rusty on the ATPL tech stuff. Please help, don't want to waste another £300!!

Alright- to be more precise £250 plus VAT. I make that £293.75, but like I said I'm not that hot at maths!! I agree it's alot especially if you don't make it to the sim ride as how the interview and group tests etc cost that much I don't know. They should charge you a much smaller amount for phase 3 first. Then if you get through to the sim, a further amount for that. But most aviation training establishments seem keen to make a fast buck from desperate unemployed pilots like me (us?).

I agree that the costs are expensive and your suggestion to pay a small amount for stage 3 and then the rest for the sim ride is a valid one especially after all the money that we've invested to get this far, however, if you're successful they do provide you with a type rating for nothing.
