Hamburg Evacuation

Anyone heard anything about an engine fire on a regional jet in Hamburg? I think it was a 146 or something similar.

Yes, if you mean about 2 months ago. . .Apparently aborted T/O due to engine fire, extinguished immediately. When all was normal, crew wanted to return to the parking, but ATC advised them that some pax were running on the runway.Without giving the order, one pax had opened a back door and evacuated with a slide, some others followed. Afterwards, remaining engines were shut down and PAX picked up by bus. End of story...
