Post UK ATPL - JAA ATPL Conversion

I may have the chance to fly for a company that needs a JAA licence. How do I convert my UK ATPL to a JAA one.

I don't have 500 hrs multi pilot, does this matter?

I have looked at the JAA and CAA web sites and I have found nothing that will tell me straight.

re your second q, I think yes that is a problem.

Maybe ring the CAA, they may be accomodating under the circumstances.
