Cool RYANAIR RECRUITMENT

I tried this one out in 'wannabes' but received no response,so here goes.On the Ryanair website it only specifies the requirement to hold an ICAO ATPL,does this mean that they will consider organising license validation for suitably qualified, non JAA licensed people? I am 24 with approx 2500hrs,1700 multi and about 400 or so multi-crew turbine.Just wondering if i might fluke a look in,or is the exorbitantly expensive conversion the only way in?

Exclamation

I'm no aviation consultant but have you actually tried asking the company themselves?

I may be wrong but there's a good chance you'll get a definitive answer.
