Question Sitting in the back on other students' lessons

Hey again! =0)

Again, whilst pondering on my aviation thoughts it came across to me that lots of people sit in the back of aircraft while other people are taking lessons.
When I was at a flying school for my work experience I was told that I could come back and try and sit in the back, but I don't think the school exists now.
I'd love to do it because it would build up experience in an aviation environment. So if anyone knows of how I can do it I'd be greatfull for and suggestions.
I live in Mold in North Wales so anyone from around here, I'd be greatfull if u could advise me.

Cheers!
Ian
