Question U.S. Commercial Pilot Question....

Hi, guys. I have a question about flight school. I am planning to become a commercial pilot(hopefully). I just wanted to know how much is it to start? I want to go to a flight school in Florida. Also, if I do complete the course, will it be hard to get job as a comm. pilot afterwards? I was told that it's hard to find a commercial pilot job when you are "new" to it.

Girl.

Check out the school very carefully. Get names of grads and call them. A good source of info is on the wannabee's forum. Once you pick a school or narrow it down, run it past that forum and see what responses you get.

As for a job, instructing, banner towing, 3rd level commuters (C-402's and PA-31's), you should be able to find something.

Some schools allow you to remain as an instructor after graduation.

Good Luck.
