Has Anyone Got Email Addresses for FAA Airmen Inquiries by Foreign Carriers?

Nee something more specific than www.faa.gov so that a foreign carrier and/or foreign carrier can request airman ceritifcates and medicals and incident/no incident reports. There is a site where airmen can search for themselves, but I need an address where a third party can make an independent request.

Anyone know what it is?

Thanks!

Tried, no luck.

Did find out on the FAA site that I don't exist. Frank Abagnale got away with it for a couple of years...apparently I've gotten away with it for decades.

Generally speaking, for a third party to request specific information about an FAA licensed pilot/flight engineer/ mechanic etc, specifically that information about accidents, incidents etc...requires the written approval from the FAA licensed individual.
OTOH, general information, such as...name, licenses/certificates held, type ratings... is available on the FAA website as general information, for all to access, FOC.

NB.
Did find out on the FAA site that I don't exist.
If you request that the FAA omit this information from the public record (IE: on the FAA website), they will do so, upon written request.

Moondriver...

Not quite sure what info you are after but the FAA New York IFO used to deal with our foreign operator FAR 129.14 applications and foreign pilot licence applications for 129.14 ops.

As an employer you can request the airman to send his records to you directly from the FAA site.
