Red face A/C parking at svo2

Flying back from Moscow on Sunday noticed
2 Il-86's actually parked on 07L/25R. Is this standard practise in the Russian Fed. ?

Any pilots, ATC'ers got any views ?

They seemed to park anything on that runway to free up some more terminal space.
Having just returned from there i saw anything from 2 to 8 aircraft parked there during the day.

I haven't seen this anywhere but in SVO. It seems that all the other fields (PEE,SVX,GOJ,KUF,LED,KBP) have plenty of space to store aircraft.
