6000FT MSL the minimum holding speed is 200KIAS

6001 to 14000 MSL the maximum holding speed is 230KIAS

14001 maximum is 265KIAS

if you are unable to maintain these speed advise ATC for further speed instructions .

i hope that helped !

Up to 14000' (4250m) inclusive under normal conditions use 230kts (425kmph) unless you're CatA/B then use 170kts (315kmph). If it's turbulent use 280kts (520kmph).

Above 14000' to 20000' (6100m) inclusive use 240kts (445kmph). If turbulent use 280 kts.

Above 20000' to 34000' (10350m) inclusive use 265kts (490kmph)....if holding procedures are associated with airway route structure 280kts should be used where possible. If turbulent use speeds as above for 14000-20000' or 0.8 Mach

Above 34000' use 0.83 Mach for both normal and turbulent speeds.
