Indian RTR (A)

Dear Friends,

I am new on this forum.
Have a question?

I have CPL (Single & Multi) land Instrument rated (DGCA & FAA). I also have RTR (P) which is valid till feb next year.
I am aware of Part I WPC.

The question is I have heared that if I obtain canadian CPL and canadian RTR then i could get Indian RTR (A) from WPC. Is it true? If yes then whats the process.

Please Help.
