World Airways - Mt. Pinatubo

Hi - does anyone out there happen to know the registration of the World Airways DC-10 that got covered in ash and tipped onto its tail at Cubi Point Naval Air Station on 15 June 1991, due to the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo?

Can't find it in any of the aviation websites.

Thanks in advance.
