the previous 90 days......
just wanted someone to clarify an important regulation point...
As we know , no pilot can act as a PF or PNF in an aircraft if he did not perform 3 toffs and ldgs in the previous 90 days.
Now can a pilot operate in the following situation:
D-90. LANDING AT 20.00 utc
D-89 to D-1 he did 2 landings and 3 take off.
on the day D-1 he starts to operate a flight and he is schedule to land on the day 90 at 10.00UTC.
THE QUESTION is actually to know if we count the 90 days from the time of the last ldg or taek off 90 days before
thanks for a reply guys..

Some regulatory authorities have no such restriction.
