CB/TS over London on Thursday.

Hello,

Just a quick question, as I don't want to name the aircraft as last time I did that I got the beatings.

But Thursday afternoon a CB/TS passed through the South East London area, and as far as I am aware shook everybody's house like a bomb went off, because at the time I was on facebook and the status messages popping up about it from all locations over south/city of London with Car Alarms going off was amazing.

My Question is if this in the correct place, what on earth was it like being the pilot established at 10-12DME 27L/R at the time of this thunder. Because If I felt it and Millions of others likely did on the ground like an earthquake, what was it like being in the air at that time?

Also what kind of CB was it? I would not have thought Super-Cell, do we ever get those? And what on earth made it so loud?

Regards,
