Living near Gatwick...
Hi guys..
sorry to ask this here, but I'm kind of concerned as I might be moving to LGW soon. i was planning not to bring my car there (as I live in a different country), at least for the first period...
So is there any chance I can find a house or a place to stay with good transportation, even if your check in time is like at 5 in the morning?
Any help will be very much appreciated.

Agreed. LGW has an excellent rail service, with the station attached to the south terminal – around 5-10 minutes’ walk to Concorde House and the various crewrooms.
Alternatively, there is a secure area for storing bikes very close to Concorde House – I know of at least 2 colleagues who cycle to work.

I don’t live locally, so couldn’t really advise, but I suspect most crew rooms will have a notice board with accommodation lists (our certainly does). You’ll even see the odd advert at staff bus stops, so there’s plenty of choice.
