JAR/EU Ops regarding pax briefing

Hi all

Could someone please point me to the relevant JAR/EU Op that describes exactly what is required to be covered in a pax safety briefing on a commercial flight. I'm interested in what needs to be briefed vs demonstrated (eg does the seatbelt fastening & release function legally need to be demonstrated by cabin crew or just talked about)
