Bermuda II and British Overseas Territories updated request for info.
There are a number of references on-line regarding the Bermuda II treaty (especially lots on the recent Open Skies changes).
However, even though this may be readily located somewhere, I cannot find updated rulings or regulations on Bermuda II, specifically how the treaty restricts / allows operations to and from certain airports in the US (and which US airports those specifically are) and the reciprocal UK Overseas Territories (OTs NOT the UK proper).
Regulations on the maximum passengers that are allowed to be carried between the US and OTs, or maximum number of flights allowed between, or any other details of the agreement would certainly be a bonus to find as well.
...Can anyone in the know point me in the right direction to find current ruling information?
Are there any upcoming changes? And who specifically (or perhaps which department or organisation) would hold responsibility for making changes to this rather dated and apparently rather restrictive agreement?
Feel free to PM me if you have specific contact details or information as well.
Many thanks.
