Metar SC055

Hallo,

a pilot asked for the weather of UMKK today. We had the following report:

METAR UMKK 311930Z 14002MPS 6000 BKN200 M14/M15 Q1006 NOSIG RMK QFE 753 SC055

What does SC055 stand for?

Thank you

Is it reporting the cloud type? Strato cumulus at FL55 or 5,500ft?
