That is a rumour that gets voiced at least once a year, so far nothing came out of it and i do not believe anything will happen. It is difficult to see any valid reason why a middle east carrier should take over a mixed hybrid charter/network carrier in europe.
Might be aired by someone who tries to get the share price up by a few cents for some short-term cash.
