howsa going everybody. currently i am in college and working on a project of the flight management system. i would realy like to hear about it by pilots and alike. books all state the same but what does everybody think about it? what was life like before it? what was the traing like?

i have heard funny stuff like following traintracks to airports before all this technology was out!!
