World's first revenue flight on 100% synthetic fuel

Qatar operated the first revenue flight on a gas-to-liquid kerosine.

Qatar Airways makes world?s first gas-to-liquid-fuelled revenue flight

Are there any special procedures for such a flight from the sharp end's point of view? What are the FF's and savings?

The article says
The A340 substituted for the regular A330 on the 6h flight, with all four of its Rolls-Royce Trent 500 engines to be powered by a 50/50 blend of GTL and Jet A1 kerosene.
so I'm not sure where you get "100%" from this time. Of course the question is still good to discuss, as to whether using synthetic fuels instead of refined-crude-oil fuels will change in-flight operations.
One difference of higher density is already noted in the article, though refined-crude fuel density already varies.
