Can anyone tell me what other budget Airlines offer the cadetship programmes which involve me heftying out 30 000 Euro,..any idea how many people that go through this process are not inducted into...

Firstly, understand, I can not answer your question directly.
However...ANY airline that asks pilots to fork out cash for 'training'...ain't worth a damn, and the management should be shot at sunrise.
Actually, just after cocktail hour would be OK as well.
