Cross Country & Overseas Flying
Hello chaps and chapesses
I'm in the process of completing my JAR-FCL ATPL application form. I currently have a UK issued CPL/IR.
For the "flying experience" section, I am having trouble finding out the definition of cross country & overseas flying.
For Cross Country, does this mean taking off from one airport and landing at another?
And what about the overseas flying ? I did some training in US & A (about 15 hours) , and also some hours building in europe. Do I log everything outside of the UK ?
Thanks in advance.

ABO - To me seems simple -

Cross country is any flight from airfield A to airfield B.
Overseas flying... Probably all flying outside UK.
I guess seen from UK, everything across the Channel is "overseas".
Maybe the Republic of Ireland qualifies too.

Loved when I used to visit UK.
People there told me "I will vacation in Europe this summer"...
Wonderful, where do I look for UK on the map...? Is it Asia...?
xxx
Happy contrails
