Kalitta in Europe?

Rumor is spreading that Kalitta Air has been banned from Europe. Anyone know any details or if the rumor is true or false?

Don't know about Europe but airlines with the Kalitta name have had a very colorful regulatory history over the years in the U.S.

Last EU ban list was published on 14th of November 2008 and Kalitta is not there (nor any other US operator). So they are not banned EU-wide.

Not sure if individual countries still can ban operators before they appear on EU ban list.
