Exclamation How to proceed if a service provider is unsafe?

Dear friends,

I have come acrross a company that faces many incidents every day and it is a matter of time when they will cause an accident where loss of life is to be expected.
No safety procedures are being followed and security is more than an issue.

The company is in Switzerland, owned by a bigger organization, but operating independadly.

What would you do?
Thank you!

If your concerns relate to anything within the scope of Directive 2003/42/EC on occurrence reporting in civil aviation and you are a legitimate reporter (i.e., you fall into the scope too) you should be able to report the facts in CH. Failing that, go home and report it any your CAA or whatever will pass the info to the CH authorities.
