No Cockpit Door

What's it like to fly pax in an aircraft with no cockpit door? I'm thinking of scheduled public transport flights rather than corporate charters. How do the pax react? How do you feel with all eyes on you? I presume they can hear what's going on as well as seeing it all?

Flew in a Loganair Twin Otter, you can't hear the guys on the flight deck alas as it's too noisy. Lovely relaxed feel to the flight though, especially when the FO does the safety briefing.

Currently fly a Jetstream 32. No cockpit door either. Its not really noticeable apart from the fact that really tall people in row one sometimes stick there long feet into to cockpit entrance. Also those CB's are within grasp of kids fingers.....
